    • PURPOSE:To increase the durability of a flowmeter and to improve its precision by composing a couple of noncircular gears of pitch curves which make rotary motion energy and relative angular acceleration invariably constant. CONSTITUTION:The couple of noncircular gears of a positive displacement flowmeter which has the noncircular gears as a main drive part is composed of pitch curves 10 which make the rotary motion energy and relative angular velocity invariably constant. The pitch curves 10 make the relative angular velocity constant between respective projection points of a long and a short diameter. Thus, the noncircular gears whose motion energy and relative angular velocity have constant-pitch curves are realized, so mutual inertia force operating on those noncircular gears becomes constant. Consequently, there is not local were of tooth forms and the durability increases. Further, an increase inn friction torque with tooth form contacting force is eliminated, so the instrument precision of the flowmeter is improved.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a swingable pump in which vibration and noise are little by meshing a noncircular gear with a noncircular sun gear and meshing a circular gear installed onto the planetary gear with a circular gear having swingable vanes connected and installing a crank-shaped driving shaft onto the planetary gear.
      CONSTITUTION: Noncircular planetary gear 11 is installed onto a noncircular sun gear 21 fixed onto a casing. A circular gear 12 is connected to the planetary gear 11, and connected to a swingable vane shaft 20 through a circular gear 22. A driving shaft 10 is formed into crank form and connected to the planetary gear shaft. Therefore, the speed and the acceleration speed of the vane can be reduced to zero at the dead point of the swingable vane, and smooth operation is permitted, and the generation of vibration and noise of the pump can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve a higher reliability with a reduction in pulsation rate by a method wherein a three-lobe gear is interposed between two-lobe gears the same in shape and size and they are meshed so that rotary motions of the gears synchronize one another alternately to make paths for inflow and outflow communicate with weighing chambers. CONSTITUTION:It is so arranged that two-lobe gears 42 and 43 always contact a three-lobe gear 41 and weighing chambers 61-63 are made to communicate with one another. When a fluid to be measured flows into weighing chambers 62 and 63 at flow rates Q11 and Q12 as indicated by the arrow, a pressure P1 works as torque equal pertaining to an axis o2 of the gear 42 on the side of a passage 21 and a rotary torque works on the side A of a weighing chamber 61 clockwise in a direction of the arrow omega1 pertaining to the gear 41. As the gear 42 is meshed with the gear 41, it is driven to rotate counterclockwise in the direction of the arrow omega2. On the other hand, between the gear 41 and the gear 43, a rotary torque is generated counterclockwise in the direction of the arrow omega3 in a left half of the gear 41. Thus, receiving the rotary torque, the fluid is made to flow out as flow rate Q22+Q21 from the outflow paths 22 and 220.

Accordingly, the tube 22 is fixed inclining at an angle theta with respect to the R direction, and the rollers 32 always press in a view MN section and move in the R direction. In momentary positions in this section, the tube 22 is pressedly sealed at the positions of P1, P2, P3 respectively when the axis of the tube is located at a3-a3, a4-a4, a5-a5 in this order, and thereby liquid maintains the content volume of the tube 22 of P1-P2 and P2-P3 and is sent in the arrow Q direction. The tube 22 is pressed at an angle theta with the R direction here, and thereby sealing area becomes larger sec theta times than when the tube 22 is pressed at right angle with the R direction so that sealing property is enhanced in compliance with theta.

The rotors 11 and 12 have shafts 41 and 42 in the measuring chamber 51 as their shafts and receive a rotational torque in the direction shown by an arrow R by a flow in the direction shown by an arrow B. Timing gears 21 and 22 coaxially engaging with each other in a timing gear chamber 7 are fixedly mounted to shafts 41 and 42 and rotatably supported by bearings 61 and 62, respectively. Thus, a flow rate is measured according to the rotational torque due to a flow without a pulsation.
