摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an expansion and contraction difference due to temperature, and economically easily execute without using an elastic adhesive and substrate metal fittings or the like of a complicated structure by closely laminating a large-sized decorative plate specifying a linear expansion rate and the area of an obverse side on the surface of the lightweight cellular concrete plate of a specific linear expansion rate. SOLUTION: The large-sized decorative plate 1 of a linear expansion rate of 5-10×10 /K, the area of an obverse side of 0.15 m or more, thickness of 10 mm or more, and width and length of 400 mm or more is adhered and laminated on the surface of an ALC (lightweight cellular concrete) board 2 of a linear expansion rate of 7-8×10 , thickness of 100-150 mm, width of about 1,800 mm, and length of about 3000 mm to form a lightweight cellular concrete composite panel A. In the case of attachment of a large-sized decorative plate, a screw rod 6 screwed on the embedded nut 6 of the large-sized decorative plate 1 is inserted in the through hole 3 of the ALC board 2, and a washer 7 and a nut 8 are attached to laminate the large-sized decorative plate 1 on the ALC board 2.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting method capable of improving the mounting stability and strength of a decorative panel. SOLUTION: A decorative panel mounting bracket has a pair of holding strips 3a, 3b with pawls 2, one having a screw hole 5 and the other having a bolt hole 4, a clamp 9 containing a bolt 8 to fasten the holding strips 3a, 3b and forcibly fasten the pawls to latched grooves in parallel on the back of a decorative panel and a supporting strip 11 with a hole 10 to insert the bolt 8 therein. A mounting part 11a is formed on the supporting strip 11 to be deviated to one sides of the latched grooves in parallel. The holding strips 3a, 3b have substantially the same shape and size so that the sides 3a', 3b' opposing each other can be inclined from one sides to the other sides of the latched grooves in the condition that these pawls 2 are latched to the latched grooves in parallel in the decorative panel. The supporting strip 11 is inclined corresponding to the sides of the holding strips 3a, 3b inclined in the condition that the bolt 8 is inserted into the hole 10.

摘要： PURPOSE: To accurately fit a heavy panel, by fixing a fitting frame with slits at the rear side of the heavy panel and attaching the fitting frame to the support plate with long holes, fixed to the fitting wall. CONSTITUTION: A fitting frame 20 with longitudinal slits of a heavy panel 10 is fixed to the rear face of the heavy panel 10. A support plate 40 with breadthwise long holes of the heavy panel 10 is fixed to the fitting wall with a distance by screwing in an anchor bolt erected on the fitting wall of a building side. And by inserting the fitting bolts into the slits and long holes, the fitting frame 20 is attached to the supporting plate. Accordingly, even if there are irregularities on the fitting wall, the influences are removed and hence, the heavy panel 10 can be accurately fixed. The heavy panel 10 can be transferred within the range of the slits and the long holes and it can be accurately fitted in the direction along the fitting wall as well.

SOLUTION: In the anchor metal fitting 4, an anchor body section 5 is formed in a grooved shape and holding pawls 6a, 6b are fitted, the holding pawls 6a, 6b are held into grooves in parallel in the rear of the decorative panel under the resiliency of the main body section 5, and the two-leg plates 5b, 5c of the groove-shaped body section 5 are constrained so as not to be separated by a constraining member 13. A projecting piece 14 having a fan-shaped wedge shape is formed to the side end of the web 5a of the groove-shaped main body section 5 at that time. Accordingly, the firm bonding of the anchor metal fitting 4 to backing concrete is obtained.
