摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and workability while improving the frictional abrasion resistant characteristic even under the high temperature condition by blending the scale structural boehmite as a friction adjusting agent. SOLUTION: In this friction material, scale structural boehmite is blended as a friction adjusting agent. The scale structural boehmite is a layered compound mainly composed of AlO(OH), and naturally distributed wide in the bauxite as scale structural aluminum mineral hydroxide including silicon, titanium, iron, magnesium, calcium or the like, and produced in a mineral deposit of pyroferrite and caolinite. The scale structural boehmite is a layer-to-layer compound belonging to an ortho rhombic system on a point of crystal structure and having the layered structure, and has a small reactiveness with water, and it can not be dissolved by acid and alkali. The scale structural boehmite is a remarkably effective material as a raw material for friction material.

SOLUTION: A sheet A having a high linear expansion coefficient is pinched by sheets B having a low linear expansion coefficient, the expansion of the sheet A is suppressed, and the expansion of the whole ceiling material for an automobile is suppressed. Polyethylene which is a material less expensive than polypropylene can be used for the foam body sheet layer A. The fiber- reinforced resin sheet B containing potassium titanate fibers and wollastonite is superior in surface smoothness to that containing glass fibers. This ceiling material for the automobile is excellent in heat resistance, a warp or a sag rarely occurs, little dust is generated at the time of molding and cutting, and the work environment can be improved.

SOLUTION: This coating material contains (A) an unsaturated polyester resin obtained by mixing an unsaturated polyester produced by a polycondensation reaction of an unsaturated polybasic carboxylic acid such as maleic anhydride, etc., with a polyhydric alcohol such as propylene glycol, etc., with a vinyl compound such as styrene and cross-linking by a polymerization by using a peroxide catalyst, with (B) preferably 10-40 wt.% (based on the total amount of the coating material) wollastonite having e.g. 20-50 μm mean fiber length, 0.05-5 μm mean fiber diameter and 8-100 aspect ratio. Further, it is preferable to apply the coating material on the whole surface or a part of the surface of the metal plate having a metallic layer containing zinc, aluminum or an alloy containing one kind of them and baking for producing a coated metal plate.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating composition which can give a coating film having excellent scratch resistance, surface smoothness, and abrasion resistance and good appearance by incorporating a fluororesin with wollastonite. SOLUTION: There is provided a fluororesin coating material containing a fluororesin and 5-50 wt.%, based on the entire coating material, natural wollastonite having an average fiber length of 20-50 μm and optionally surface- treated with e.g. a silane coupling agent. This material may additionally contain a coloring pigment, a body pigment, polymer microparticles, a light stabilizer, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, etc. A metal sheet subjected to degreasing and a subsequent formation treatment such as chromate treatment is coated with the above coating material in such a coating weight that the dry film thickness is 5-40 μm, and the wet film is heated for 30-180 sec and stoved at 200 deg.C or above to obtain a precoated metal sheet. The fluororesin used is vinyl fluoride, polytrifluorethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride, or the like and may be a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride with tetrafluoroethylene with hexafluoropropylene.
