    • PURPOSE:To enable to measure and monitor the flow and/or abnormality of a pump accurately by operating the detected result of each pressure on the suction side and the delivery side and in the plunger chamber of a reciprocation pump and the detected result of the displacement of the plunger. CONSTITUTION:When a plunger 5 is reciprocated in the vertical direction by a crank mechanism, etc., fluid such as slurry, etc., sucked from an inlet passage 9 into inside of a plunger chamber 2 through a suction check valve 3 is next discharged from an outlet passage 19 through a discharge check valve 4. In this type of reciprocation pump, detectors 6-8 for 1st to 3rd pressures are provided for detecting each pressure at the plunger chamber 2, the inlet of the suction check valve 3 and the outlet of the discharge check valve 4. Further a displacement detector 20 for detecting the displacement of the plunger 5 is provided. And the constitution is so arranged that the discharge flow of a pump and/or the abnormal condition of the pump may be monitored by processing the outputs of these detectors 6-8, 20 by means of a microcomputer and others.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structurally simple integrated motor-operated check valve that integrates an on-off valve and a check valve and combines the respective functions. SOLUTION: The integrated motor-operated check valve comprises a valve element 4 in the form of a polygonal prism for closing or interconnecting an upstream passage 1a and a downstream passage 1b, a casing 1 having the upstream passage, the downstream passage and a valve element chamber 19 formed therebetween to hold the valve element fitted in slidably in a height direction, an urging means 10 for urging the valve element to the closing position until water pressure in the upstream passage exceeds a given value, an electric valve drive means 17, 18 having driving force for moving the valve element arbitrarily to the closing position while in an off state, and a stem rod 16 used to transmit the driving force of the valve drive means to the valve element and while in an on state, moved to a noncontact position leaving a space over which the valve element is movable to the interconnecting position. A steady operational state sets the valve drive means on to offer a function as a check valve, and a starting state and a stopping state control the valve drive means to offer a function as a motor-operated on-off valve.

The valve element has a chamfer face 4b of a constant width along each corner in a height direction, and has a shape with the lower base of the valve element twisted at a given angle to the upper base to place each chamfer face at the given angle to the vertical line on the periphery of the valve element so that the valve element rotates on the height axis center when sliding in the valve element chamber.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-functional pressure control valve provided with the functions of the plural kinds of the valves such as an unloading valve, a pressure adjustment valve and a safety valve together by adding an elevating and lowering device, a damper device and a cylindrical basket-like material for dividing a space inside a valve box into a part on a center side and the part on an outer side surrounding the part. SOLUTION: This valve is constituted of the pressure control valve, the elevating and lowering device 44, the damper device 46 and the cylindrical basket-like material 52, etc. The pressure control valve keeps the pressure of fluid on an entrance side fixed and the elevating and lowering device 44 lifts a lower spring receiver 43 upwards against the repulsive force of the coil spring 42 of the pressure control valve. The damper device 46 controls the rapid movement of the valve rod 45 of the pressure control valve and the basket-like material 52 divides the space inside the valve box 47 of the pressure adjustment valve into the part 49 in the center side whose center is a valve body 48 and the part 50 on the outer side coaxially surrounding the part 49 on the center side. This multi-functional pressure control valve is equipped in a branching pipe provided in the ejection piping of a high pressure de-scaling device.
