    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a system for informing a center side of emergency information transmitted from a mobile slave equipment via a master equipment radio-communicated in each home. SOLUTION: The master equipment 2j radio-communicated in the each home detects transmission of the emergency information from the slave equipment 1i while conducting a receiving operation at a prescribed interval, and transmits the received emergency information to a monitoring center equipment 4 when the transmission of the emergency information is detected. After the transmission of the emergency information is detected, the prescribed interval is prolonged to conduct the receiving operation, and the prescribed interval is restored to its original interval to conduct the receiving operation, when stop of the transmission of the emergency information is detected. The system is thereby constituted inexpensively, since the master equipment 2j is evaded from migration to the receiving operation more than needs even when the emergency information is transmitted continuously from the slave equipment 1i and since electric power consumption is restrained thereby.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to use even for flammable fluid pipeline as well as to improve the extent of sealability between a saddle body and the existing pipeline by preventing a spark at time of pipeline cutting, and attaching a saddle ring and fireproofing packing after surrounding an interconnecting port of the saddle body so as to surround an outer circumferential surface of the pipeline. CONSTITUTION:A saddle body 2 is surrounded by a clamp 4 and tightly attached to a branch position of an existing pipeline 1 with a bolt 6 without stopping a fluid in the pipeline. Next, when a drilling device 10 is driven by dint of explosive power of powder 15, the pipeline 1 is cut off by a cutting edge 12 of a piston body 13, thus a branch hole 37 is formable. Here this piston 13 forms a hard cost of a nickel alloy on its surface, thereby preventing a spark at time of pipe cutting from occurring, so that it is also applicable even for a flammable fluid pipeline. In addition, a saddle ring and fireproofing packing are attached to a semicylindrical surface-form surrounded surface 3 of the saddle body 13 so as to surround an interconnecting port 8, surrounding an outer circumferential surface of the pipeline 1. Accordingly, since the extent of sealability between the saddle body 2 and the existing pipeline 1 is improvable, even such a fluid as high in permeability for gas or the like can be sealed with certainty.
