摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency signal transmitter which can effectively prevent the false reports and also can transmit an emergency signal so as to improve the receiving reliability of the transmitter. SOLUTION: This transmitter transmits an emergency signal to a prescribed receiving device via an input operation of a user. That is, a transmitter means 1 carries on the non-periodical and intermittent transmission of emergency signals after the input operation is confirmed. On the other hand, an input confirmation means 2 starts the transmission processing when a push-button is continuously pushed for two seconds or longer. Furthermore, it's desirable to decide the shape of an armor case so that the position of an operating part can be confirmed by touching.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm system operation and to easily specify dealing by delaying the erasure of a reception confirm output, which is generated when an emergency signal is received in a test mode, for a fixed time from the reception end of the emergency signal. SOLUTION: An operating means 8 is not started unless an operation confirming means is regularly stopped being operated by the operation of a mode managing means 10 in the test mode. Besides, the test mode is automatically changed to an execution mode by normally stopping the operation confirming means 9. Further, at the time of an alarm state trially generated by the operation of an output generating means 11, for example, an LED 27 of a receiver 7 is turned on simultaneously with the reception of the emergency signal, and the erasure of the reception confirm output is delayed for the fixed time from the reception end of the emergency signal so as to blink the LED 27 for one minute from the end of reception. Thus, one worker can stay at both the install spots of mutually separated transmitter and receiver while the reception confirm signal exists.

SOLUTION: The radio receiving system 1 is provided with a radio signal receiver 2, a comparative judging means 3, a storage device 9, a signal transmitting means 4 and signal transmitting state detecting means 8 for monitoring the prescribed part of the signal transmitting means 4 and detecting the state of that prescribed part. The comparative judging means 3 compares a signal received by the radio signal receiver 2 with a signal detected by the signal transmitting state detecting means 8 and when the occurrence of error in the transmission of a signal by the signal transmitting means 4 is judged, the signal received by the radio signal receiver 2 is inputted to the storage device 9.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional wireless transmission system where much labor has been required to locate a faulty device on a signal transmission path tying a supervisory center and a gas leakage alarm unit to be a wireless transmitter in the case that the wireless transmitter is inoperative, which transmits externally a signal outputted from the gas leakage alarm unit. SOLUTION: The wireless transmission system 1 is provided with an interface section 2, a comparison discrimination means 8, a wireless signal transmission means 5, and a wireless signal transmission state detection means 10 that supervises a prescribed section in the wireless signal transmission means 5 to detect a state of the prescribed section. The comparison discrimination means 8 compares the signal received by the interface section 2 with the signal detected by the wireless signal transmission state detection means 10 and when the comparison discrimination means 8 judges that an error rakes place in the wireless signal transmission means 5, the comparison judgement means 8 transmits occurrence of the error externally.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to use even for flammable fluid pipeline as well as to improve the extent of sealability between a saddle body and the existing pipeline by preventing a spark at time of pipeline cutting, and attaching a saddle ring and fireproofing packing after surrounding an interconnecting port of the saddle body so as to surround an outer circumferential surface of the pipeline. CONSTITUTION:A saddle body 2 is surrounded by a clamp 4 and tightly attached to a branch position of an existing pipeline 1 with a bolt 6 without stopping a fluid in the pipeline. Next, when a drilling device 10 is driven by dint of explosive power of powder 15, the pipeline 1 is cut off by a cutting edge 12 of a piston body 13, thus a branch hole 37 is formable. Here this piston 13 forms a hard cost of a nickel alloy on its surface, thereby preventing a spark at time of pipe cutting from occurring, so that it is also applicable even for a flammable fluid pipeline. In addition, a saddle ring and fireproofing packing are attached to a semicylindrical surface-form surrounded surface 3 of the saddle body 13 so as to surround an interconnecting port 8, surrounding an outer circumferential surface of the pipeline 1. Accordingly, since the extent of sealability between the saddle body 2 and the existing pipeline 1 is improvable, even such a fluid as high in permeability for gas or the like can be sealed with certainty.

As a result, there is no danger of gas leak even if the ball valve is carelessly closed or the closure is incomplete.
