SOLUTION: Related to a flowmeter comprising a large-flow flowmeter 7 and a small-flow flowmeter 5, a switching valve 9 which opens/closes an opening part 8 for flowing large-flow fluid, a diaphragm which oscillates according to pressure difference between upper stream side and lower stream side of the small-flow flowmeter 5, and a connection mechanism for interlocking oscillation of the diaphragm with opening/closing operation of opening part by the switching valve 9, are provided. Magnet circuits 32 and 33 keep open state of the opening part of the switching valve 9 or closed state of the it.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately measure a gas of a small flow rate in a simple constitution by urging a slide valve by means of an elastic body in a direction to block an opening part. SOLUTION: A slide valve 8 slides in accordance with a pressure difference of a gas entrance pipe 3 and a gas exit pipe 4 between a maximum position where a lower opening part 6 is opened maximum and a blocking position where a valve travel is O. The slide valve stops at a position where the valve balances with a tension by a coil spring 24, i.e., a position of the valve travel corresponding to the pressure difference. A relationship between the valve travel of the lower opening part 6 and a gas flow rate is obtained beforehand, whereby the gas flow rate can be detected from the valve travel. The tension of the coil spring 24 is set to pull the slide valve 8 to surely shut the lower opening part 6 when the pressure difference of the entrance pipe and exit pipe 3, 4 is O (the gas does not flow). Accordingly, it is easily distinguished when the flow rate is 0 from when the gas of a minute flow rate flows, enabling highly accurate measurement.

An air bubble 25 in a liquid within the level 21 is photographed by using a part of the visual field 44 of the camera 8. The slope of the pipe can be detected from the position of the bubble 25. The member 19 resiliently presses the level 21 against an inner bottom surface of the pipe 2, thus enabling the inner surface of the pipe 2 to be accurately detected at all times as the camera 8 moves.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To derive an earthquake detection signal when an energy density of an earthquake wave corresponding to the degree of damages by the earthquake is large. SOLUTION: Acceleration sensors S1, S2 derive outputs having one polarity and the other polarity corresponding to a capacitance change when a semiconductor single crystal silicon is etched and a vibrator is shifted by an earthquake wave. Absolute value circuits 1, 2 obtain absolute values of the outputs of the acceleration sensors and, level discrimination circuits 5, 6, 9 discriminate levels. Only a large acceleration is detected accordingly. Low pass filters 19-21 filter outputs of the level discrimination circuits 5, 6, 9 of approximately 0.1-10 Hz which is a range including a frequency of the earthquake wave, and feeds the outputs to an up/down counter 33. While the earthquake wave is within the frequency range, pulses of 400 Hz from an oscillator 28 are counted up. The pulses are counted down in other cases. When the counted value is not smaller than a reference value, the earthquake wave is judged to have a large energy density, whereby an earthquake detection signal is derived.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reset the closed shut-off valve of a gas meter with a large-sized shut-off valve from a remote position by reciprocatingly driving the driving member movably provided in the displacing direction of a reset shaft by the output of a variable output motor. CONSTITUTION: A long hole 48 in which a collar 42 mounted at a stopper 68 is introduced is provided at a partition plate 39. A driving member 26 is not rotated even if a nut member 64 is rotated, but moved in its axial direction. When the member 26 is moved toward a reset shaft 4 by the driving force of a motor via a reduction gear and gears 52, 65 and the center of the collar 42 is moved from a1 to a2, it presses the actuator 43 of a limit switch 44, and the driving force of the motor is increased in the ON state of the switch. When the stopper 68 is moved to the position of a3, the switch 44 is opened. When the member 26 presses the shaft 4, the stopper 68 is moved to the position of a4. In this case, a controller presses to stop the shaft 4 and to reversely rotate it, and the member 26 is retracted to the position of a1. When the stopper 68 is moved to the position of a1, the motor is stopped.
