摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method of ultrasonic flow rate being able to more accurately specify the arrival timing of an ultrasonic and then ensure an adequate measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic flow rate measuring method, each ultrasonic transducer 2, 3 is positioned opposite to upstream and downstream sides of fluid to be measured, respectively, these ultrasonic transducers 2 and 3 mutually generate and transmit an ultrasonic as well as receiving the transmitted ultrasonic each other to measure flow rate of the fluid based on the propagation time of respective ultrasonic obtained from each received wave. The point in time when maximum half-wave Wp of the above received wave W has reached a reference voltage value E is defined as the arrival timing of the ultrasonic.

Then, a gas supply valve 4 at a gas meter 1 is opened, and the relationship between the time elapsed and a pressure inside a pipe at a time when a gas is supplied to a downstream-side pipe 3 under the same supply condition as in the above is measured. Then, data which is obtained by the measurement is compared with the plurality of basic data. A volume corresponding to the basic data which are indetical to, or approximate to, the measured data is estimated as a volume inside the pipe.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable confirmation of support strength of a piping, by fitting with the use of a simple attachment means a quake-sensitive sensor to an object to be supported, e.g. a gas meter or the like supported by the piping, receiving a signal from the quake-sensitive sensor and detecting whether or not vibrations applied to the piping exceed a predetermined criterion. SOLUTION: When a sensor unit 1 is to be used, a male connector 15 at one end of a signal line is connected to a female connector 28 of an apparatus case 2. In consequence of the connection, a second quake-sensitive sensor 21 in the case 2 is disconnected automatically from a vibration-detecting means, while a first quake-sensitive sensor 11 of the sensor unit 1 is automatically connected to the vibration-detecting means. Thereafter, the sensor unit 1 is set to a gas meter which is an object supported by a piping. In order to set the sensor unit, a sucker 13b at a rear face of a horizontal plate part 2b is used to suck and hold the sensor unit in a horizontal state to an upper face of the gas meter. A power source switch 24 of the case 2 is turned ON, thereby applying various vibrations to the piping. The vibrations are detected by the quake-sensitive sensor 11 and input to the quake-detecting means in the case 2.

A reception timing specifying wave (N-ΔN) for specifying the reception timing for receiving the next receiving wave is calculated based on the time lag τ1. The propagation time t of the ultrasonic wave is calculated by an equation [1] repeating this transmission and reception of the ultrasonic waves.
