摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce nitrogen oxides in an exhaust gas by injecting the secondary air for combustion, a fuel gas and so forth from a nozzle, sucking and circulating low temperature exhaust gas, whose heat has been absorbed by a boiler body, by utilizing the injecting energy. CONSTITUTION:A plate separating a wind box 3 with a front smoke box 7 in a boiler is removed to provide an injection nozzle 11 injecting the secondary air in the wind box 3. Reduction of nitrogen oxides by the effect of an exhaust gas recirculation is achieved by sucking a part of the low temperature exhaust gas in the front smoke box 7 through a circulating passage and mixing it together with air for combustion to a burner injection port, with utilizing a sucking energy provided in injecting air through the secondary air injection nozzle 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To save a power or an energy for a hot-water boiler, a steam boiler or the like and contrive the safety operation thereof by a method wherein the control of the combustion of the boiler is effected by utilizing an electronic air-fuel ratio control device. CONSTITUTION:The steam pressure of the boiler is transduced by a pressure regulator 7 into signals corresponding to the increase or the decrease of the boiler and one of them is utilized as an input signal to an operating unit 9 driving a fuel regulating valve while the other is utilized as the input signal to a signal transducer 8. An output signal to another operating unit 10, operating an air damper, is outputted from the signal transducer 8 as the approximate value of optionally set values of several points or more than ten points for the manual operation, for example, with respect to the input signal. According to this method, a load for a person to regulate the combustion of the boiler may be reduced, the problems of an accuracy, a friction or the like in a mechanical control device may be improved, whereby the energy saving, the safety operation and the maintenance-free operation of the boiler may be contrived effectively.
