摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic multilayer substrate by a method wherein a fire-resistant powder, a sintering auxiliary, a methacrylic acid-based resin and dibutyl phthalate are dissolved in a solvent in order to manufacture a green sheet, a copper conductor is printed and laminated on the green sheet and, after that, this assembly is baked in a specific atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A sintering auxiliary agent used to sinter a fire-resistant powder at 1000 deg.C or lower is mixed with the fire-resistant auxiliary; a methacrylic acid-based resin and dibutyl phthalate are dissolved in a solvent and mixed; a slurry is formed. Then, a green sheet is formed by using this slurry by means of a doctor blade method. A copper conductor is wired and laminated to be multilayered on this green sheet; after that, this multilayer laminate is baked in an moist nitrogen atmosphere containing a very small amount of oxygen. By this setup, it is possible to obtain a ceramic multilayer substrate whose copper conductor is free from oxidation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a multilayered ceramic board comprising copper conductors without oxidizing the copper at low temperature in a short time, by laminating glass/ceramic based green sheets, on which the copper conductors are printed, and removing binders in a nitrogen atmosphere including a specified amounts of steam and oxygen. CONSTITUTION:A glass/ceramic based green sheet is formed by using a binder including hydrocarbon. A copper conductor layer is printed on said sheet. The sheets are laminated in multiple layers and sintered in an nitrogen atmosphere, in which the partial pressure of steam is controlled at 55-360 mmHg, and the amount of oxygen is controlled at 5-20 ppm. A high density is obtained. Thus a multilayered ceramic substrate, in which the carbon residue of hydrocarbon is not substantially included, is obtained. As the binders, isobutyl methacrylate resin, methyl methacrylate, and a copolymer thereof can be used.

Ceramic powder 10 such as zirconia or alumina powder suitable for use as a material for a crucible is then thermal sprayed on the film 14 to the desired thickness to form a thick ceramic film 12 as the 2nd layer. The resulting composite thick film 15 is released from the die 11 to obtain a crucible 8.
