摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a nonwoven fabric having homogeneous weight in a lateral direction by adjusting the positions of plural conduits of nozzles, for ejecting a nonwoven fabric material, arranged parallelly in the lateral direction of a nonwoven fabric production line. SOLUTION: Basis weights of a nonwoven fabric 10 are measured in a lateral direction by a basis weight-measuring apparatus 1, basis weight data of every conduit 5 are collected, and the average, the deviation, etc., of the data are analyzed with an analyzing apparatus 2. The obtained analytical data are fed to a datum collecting apparatus 3B and a fuzzy controlling apparatus 3C, and a feedback control is carried out so that measured values of basis weights are brought close to the objective values by a conduit-controlling apparatus 3A, and the positions of the conduits 5 are adjusted by a motor 4.

摘要： PURPOSE: To efficiently supply to a packaging machine by accurately metering a predetermined package weight while continuously feeding rayon without stopping a belt conveyor. CONSTITUTION: The staple fiber metering apparatus comprises a belt conveyor 1 for supplying to feed a staple fiber, a stock tank 3 for once storing the fiber 2 transported by the conveyor 1, and a metering hopper 4 having a gate 5 disposed at the lower part of the tank 3 to control the drop of the fiber 2 from the tank 3 at the upper part and a gate 6 for delivering the fiber 2 to a packaging machine at the lower part. When the fiber 2 is metered at the set amount in the hopper 4, the gates 5, 6 of the upper and lower parts of the hopper 4 are switched in the following order. (1) The gate of the upper part is closed. (2) the gate of the lower part is opened and the fiber is delivered to the packaging machine. (3) The gate of the lower part is closed. When the preparation of metering is completed, the gate of the upper part is opened.

Next, the control microcomputer 2 outputs a raising-lowering order of the ring rail 4 to the drawing-yarn twisting machine 3 on the basis of the sent-back stroke data, and controls operation of the ring rail 4.
