After editing data by the file management system 22, the data is recorded on the above optical recording medium by the optical pickup.

Furthermore the CPU 31 reads the data necessary for the memory 37, if available, out of the memory 37 end sends these data to the computer 40. 摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the regenerating time of the large capacity of data by performing reading processing in parallel with decoding processing and shifting instantaneously to the reading of a next track after the completion of the reading of a preceding track when a reading command is the reading of the successive tracks. CONSTITUTION:When the first reading command of the successive tracks is imparted to a decoding processing part 7 from CPU 1, the reading command is sent to a reading processing part 4 and one track is read. The read data is stored in a reading buffer 2 and processed with decoding by the processing part 7. The reading command of the second track is imparted instantaneously from the processing part 7 to the processing part 4, the second track is read and the data is stored in the buffer 2. when a reading data is in the buffer 2 when the reading command is imparted, the decoding processing is started and simultaneously the reading processing of the next track is started instantaneously after the reading processing of the preceding track. Thus, the reading processing is performed in parallel with the decoding processing.

Thus, the fuzzy rules and the membership functions adjusted to the object to be controlled can be set only by exchanging the membership function generation circuits even if plural objects to be controlled are controlled.
