摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a method for adjusting the operating characteristic of a contact piece in an electromagnetic relay, whereby the work of adjusting movable contact pieces during subsequent processes can be reduced or preferably be eliminated. CONSTITUTION:A bending device 10 is for bending the middle portion of a plurality of strip tongue pieces 2 each of which is formed in a hoop material 1 supplied to a machining line and is formed into a movable contact piece as they are cut off from one another. A measuring instrument 12 presses the free end portion of each of the tongue pieces 1 to measure its spring force. Measurement data obtained at the measuring instrument 12 are compared with a reference value and the angle of bending by the bending device 10 is controlled so that the spring force of each of the tongue pieces 2 is corrected to a desired value.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide action characteristics having no fluctuation by sorting resin moludings by automatic detection of determination parts, and assembling other component parts having part characteristics applicable to the resin mouldings. CONSTITUTION:Using a multi-cavity mould having cuts at different positions for respective cavities provided from an upper edge of a side wall 2 of a base 1, the base 1 is moulded. The bases 1 are totally contained in a parts feeder 5, the bases 1 are aligned in a specified direction, and they are supplied to an assembling line in order. An automatic determination means 6 reads the position of the cut part 3 by a camera after the base 1 is position, in which cavity the base 1 was mulded is determined, and a signal is outputted. A folding means 8 folds it at a center part of a tongue member for a preliminarily set specified angle based on this signal. A movable contact member 13 which is pressed into the base 1 by a press-in means 7 is thus folded for the specified angle, and another component part having a part applicable to it can be assembled. Dispersion in action characteristics can thus be eliminated.

A movable plate 4 to be attracted by the attracting parts 13a, 13b so that a movable contact 23 of a movable contact piece 22 is moved to a fixed contact 15 of the iron core 2 of insulating body arranged opposite to the movable contact is laminated on the coil plate 3. Furthermore, the movable plate 4 is sealed by a cover 5 provided with a permanent magnet for supporting the movable contact piece 22 at a support point freely to be rocked. With this structure, mechanical strength of the cover 5 is improved, and accuracy of the positioning of the movable plate 4 for support is improved.
