摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a resin mold to produce a desired shape of moldings without the need to exchange molds by using a mold in which plural cavitites of different shapes are formed in one mold and the supply of resin to each cavity is selected by a gate switching means. CONSTITUTION:Cavities 7a-7d of different shapes are carved on the cavity plate 2 of a mold 1, and runners 8a-8d for each of the cavities are carved at an angle of 90 deg. in relation to the center, In a rotary gate 9 at the center, a running 10 is provided at one place in order to supply a resin supplied from a sprue to any of the runners 8a-8d. Thus, necessary numbers of moldings of a desired shape can be simply obtained in a necessary period by turning the rotary gate 9.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize an error range of the measurement data by measuring the dimension of a part to be measured in the condition of a reference surface of a jig or a reference part in parallel with this reference surface used as a common measurement reference. SOLUTION: In measuring a height of a movable contact of an armature block 2, a structure provided with a jig, a presser tool 23 and a measuring instrument 24 is used and to obtain a measured value of the height of a movable contact by scanning with the instrument 24. On the other hand, in measuring the height of a fixed contact of a base block 2, a jig 25 is used. The base block 2 is pushed to the reference surface F by the presser tool 23. In this condition, an iron core 12 and a fixed contact 11a are scanned by the instrument 24 in parallel with the reference surface F of the jig 25 to obtain the measured value of the height of the fixed contact. Adjusting amount of a contact spring for supporting the movable contact is computed on the basis of the measured value of the movable contact height and the measured value of the fixed contact height thus obtained.
