    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform marking with good finish by having marking not running out of recess parts and, therefore, no need of wiping off well a photosensitive composition run out from the recess parts. SOLUTION: If the photosensitive composition 23 has a substantial film thickness or more when irradiated and cured by UV rays, it is whitened; however, if substantial film thickness or less, it remains transparent. A printing objective 22 is formed with deeper recess parts 22 than that of the film thickness where the photosensitive composition 23 whitens; subsequently, the photosensitive composition 23 is applied to a region including the recess parts 22, and then UV rays are irradiated thereto. The photosensitive composition 23 whitens only at the recess parts 22, and in the parts coming out of the recess parts 22, it remains transparent, so that white marking can be done simply in conformity with the recess parts 22.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect ultraviolet rays speedily at low cost by constituting a detector by encapsulating a photosensitive material which is cured and whitened from a transparent liquid, when ultraviolet rays are irradiated thereto in a package which is transparent at least partly. SOLUTION: An ultraviolet detector 11 is manufactured by holding a photosensitive composition 13 as a colorless transparent liquid between two transparent resin films 12a, 12b of polyethylene terephthalate or the like, thermally fusing a periphery 14 of the films 12a, 12b and sealing the photosensitive composition 13. The photosensitive composition 13 is prepared, for instance, by adding to trimethylol propantriacrylate as a photopolymerization monomer, triethanol amine incompatible to the monomer, isopropyl alcohol as a common solvent and a predetermined photopolymerization initiator. When the ultraviolet detector 11 is placed at a place where to detect, the photosensitive composition 13 is cured to be a porous structure and whitened when an irradiation amount of the ultraviolet rays reaches a predetermined threshold.
