摘要： PURPOSE:To uniformly peel the surface of a workpiece and prevent a grindstone from breaking and making a noise by providing an elastic coupling between each of rotary plates at the drive and driven sides of a rotation drive system in a surface peeling machine for H shape steel or the like. CONSTITUTION:A swinging arm 4 is supported by a stanchion 1 and attracted to the surface of a workpiece W by an electromagnet (not shown in the figure) provided on the supporting base 2 at the lower end. The end of the swinging arm 4 is provided also with a supporting arm 5, and the arms 4 and 5 can be swung by operation handles 7 and 17 around the stanchion 1 and a supporting shaft 6 respectively. And the arm 5 is provided with a mounting member 10 having a link 8 and the end of the member 10 is provided with an output shaft 14 rotated through a motor 12 and speed reduction gear 13 and is, in addition, attached by a tool 16 through an elastic coupling 15. The elastic coupling 15, of which the drive rotary plate 25 and driven rotary plate 26 are connected by pins 29 provided with springs 31 for separating both plates, allows the tool 16 to move slantingly and vertically corresponding to even the curve of a workpiece W so that the surface may be peeled uniformly and also shock may be absorbed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the peeling capacity of a surface peeling device by providing two separate rotary disks in stead of a single disk, thereby making the rotary disks intimately about against a peeled surface. CONSTITUTION:A driving gear 2 is mounted on the drive shaft of a motor housed in a casing-like holder 1. An intermediate gear 3 is pivotally mounted on the left hand of the holder 1 as viewed in the accompanying drawing so as to be rotated by the driving gear 2. A pair of driven gears 5a and 5b are mounted on rotary shafts 6a and 6b so as to be rotated by the intermediate gear 3. Rotary disks 7 and 7 are detachably mounted to the rotary shafts 6a and 6b with female screws 9 and 9 of the disks 7 and 7 engaging male screws 8 and 8 of the shafts 6a and 6b, respectively. Peeling members 7a-7a made of diamond or super alloy steel are planted to the lower surfaces of the rotary disks 7 and 7.
