A gripping part 31 of a holder 3 is moved while the space up to a mounting surface 1 being reduced, whereby when the end part of the gripping part 31 comes into contact with a holder stopper of the holder bearer 2, a space between the mounting surface 1 and the gripping part 31 of the holder 3 can be made wide enough, and a material 5 to be fixed, for example, an arc tube is moved in the direction parallel to the mounting surface 1 from above the gripping part 31 to be easily installed on the gripping part 31.
