    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mulching film, capable of surely carrying out cutting treatment of the film at the boundary between a part of the film buried in soil and a part of the film not buried in soil when recovered from a field, capable of reducing labor of workers therefor and readily carrying out reutilization and disposal treatment of recovered mulching film. SOLUTION: This mulching film is characterized by dividing the film into three parts consisting of a central part and two side parts interposing the central part, parallel in the longitudinal direction, wherein the central part has no biodegradability and two side parts have biodegradability or the mulching film is characterized by dividing the film into three parts consisting of the central part and two side parts interposing the central part, parallel in the longitudinal direction, wherein all of the central part and the side parts have biodegradability and degrading speed of the central part is slower in soil than the degrading speeds of the side parts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase irradiation time of visible light without using artificial light by coating luminous paint which radiates visible light on at least one side of a base film composed of thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: An agricultural film 1 is composed of a base film comprising a transparent layer 2 and a reflecting layer 4 composed of resin composition added silver pigment or white pigment, and luminous paint 3 is coated on the transparent layer 2 surface opposite to the reflecting layer 4. When the agricultural film 1 is stretched so that the surface coated the luminous paint 3 may face leaves of farm plants, the afterglow from the luminous pigment radiated toward the leaves of farm plants is radiated directly to the leaves, on the contrary, the afterglow radiated toward the opposite of the leaves is reflected by the reflecting layer 4 and radiated toward the leaves. The luminous paint used here contains luminous pigment having main component of laminate composed of at least one or more alkali earth metal selected from calcium, strontium, and barium.
