SOLUTION: A sheet for vacuum forming is formed from a resin composition in which 70-98 wt.% of a biodegradable resin using an aliphatic polyester, etc., obtained by polymerizing a prepolymer obtained from a 3-hydroxy butyraty/3- hydroxy valerate copolymer, polylactic acid, and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid such as succinic acid, and adipic acid by a polyisoaoyanate and 30-2 wt.% of an organic filler such as carbon fibers, wolloatnite, potassium titanate, zonolite, zinc oxide. aluminum borate. mica, talc. silica, and calcium carbonate are mixed.

SOLUTION: A groove 4 is formed on a rear surface 2 of a block 1 made of synthetic resin for separating a traffice lane except both ends. The wall thickness (d) between a surface of the block 1 an the groove 4 is set in a range of 5-100mm. If the thickness (d) is below 5mm, the mechanical strength is decreased and damage is generated when an automobile rides thereon. If the thickness (d) is over 100mm, the weight is increased, and the installation is made hord and the contacting area thereof to the surface of road is increased. Further, in installing it on the surface of road not smooth. the installation thereon becomes hard. Accordingly, it is possible to install the block stably in close contact with the surface of road and prevent generation of damage therein even if an automobile rises thereon.
