摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a highly accurate circuit without including an error component due to a changeover switch in switching the output current by providing a feedback loop feeding back a current to an input of a current mirror from the 2nd output of the current mirror via a feedback circuit. CONSTITUTION:In turning on a switch SW41 at first, the current from the 2nd output CMOUT of the current mirror CM41 is drawn by a switching transistor (TR)41 to bring the switching TR41 into saturated state, then a diode D41 is reverse-biased and no current flows to the diode D41. In turning off the switch SW41, the emitter and collector of the TR41 are opened, the current from the 2nd output terminal CMOUT42 of the current mirror CM41 passes through the diode D41 and flows to resistors R41 and R42. Thus, in switching the output current of the current mirror by turning on/off of the intermitting circuit, since no switching element is inserted, the output current is switched without including the saturated voltage.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase dv/dt endurance of an integrated thyristor switch and to exclude increase of chip area by connecting the collector and emitter of a separate NPN transistor between the open base and collector of a PNP transistor. CONSTITUTION:When an abrupt change of potential occurs in an anode 2 or a cathode 3, transient current flows in a thyristor 1 through its connection capacity. At the same time, the transient current i=Cj.dv/dt flows in the base of a transistor 9 by the PNP transistor 7 and NPN transistor 9. The current becomes the base current of a composite transistor consisting of transistors 7 and 9. The transient current I=Cj.dv/dt.betaN(1+betap) flows in the base of an NPN transistor 5. Where Cj denotes collector connection capacity of the transistor 9, betap denotes current amplification factor of the transistor 7, betaN denotes current amplification factor of the transistor 9. The saturation occurs between the collector and emitter of the transistor 5, and the section between the p gate 4 and cathode 3 of the thyristor 1 is clamped and the malfunction is prevented.

Thus, the current signal is increased by the collector current of the TR Q24 to eliminate the deviation of the reception signals of the subscriber lines A, B thereby eliminating the noise due to the in-phase signal.

CONSTITUTION:When a constant current source 7 is made inactive state, and an abrupt potential change is given to a cathode 3 in the direction lower than impressed voltage state up to that time, transient current flows from a power source terminal 4 through a capacity component of the constant current source 7 and through a resistance 9 to drive the P gate of a thyristor 1. However, if the transient current is large, potential drop of the resistance 9 becomes large and the current is shunted to a diode 10 side to drive the base of an NPN transistor 6. At the same time, transient current from a PNP transistor 5 is inputted to the base of the transistor 6. Transient current from the constant current source 7 and transient current that passes each junction from the P gate of the thyristor 1 is absorbed by the collector of the transistor 6 and clmaps voltage between the gate and cathode of the thyristor 1. Accordingly, malfunction of the thyristor 1 due to dv/dt can be prevented.

At this time, transient output voltage from the constant current source 7 applied initially between the p gate of the thyristor 1 and the cathode is voltage divided by a resistor 9 and a resistor 8 and the discharge initial voltage becomes low. At the same time, the transient current from the constant current source 7 is restricted by the resistor 9, and the malfunction current that flows into the p gate of the thyristor 1 is reduced. This malfunction current is absorbed by the collector of an NPN transistor 6 driven by the transient current from a PNP transistor 5, and increases dv/dt endurance of the thyristor 1.

Consequently, the simultaneous operation of semiconductor switches 11 and 12 is prevented, and a call signal source 5 and the earth do not collide.
