SOLUTION: The microscope image remote control system has means for acquiring the whole reference image of a sample 3 placed on the stage of a microscope 2 and sending it from the transmission side, receiving the sent whole reference image at a remote place, sending information on a gaze position in the received image from the reception side to the transmission side, requesting a transmit screen of the position, and sending an image signal complying with the request from the transmission side. In this case, while the stage 4 of the microscope 2 is controlled, divisional photographs of the sample 3 are repeatedly taken with specific magnification and connected without any contradiction in plane position relation among the obtained image group to generate a whole reference image, and a peripheral part of the gaze position information of the whole reference image as the center is expanded and obtained.
