摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily extract only an object from an original image such as a photograph and an image on which each object like a person, a building, an article and characters or the like and its background are drawn. SOLUTION: Transparent paper is placed on a surface of an original image such as a photograph or an image on which various object and background are drawn and a contour of the object is drawn from the surface. Then the contour on the transparent paper is read through scanning of a copying machine and the contour is designated as a real image and other parts than the contour are deleted. While a computer built in the copying machine makes numerical processing, the transparent paper of the contour is removed from a platen of the copying machine, and then the original image is placed on the platen so that the object comes to the same position as the contour, color separate scanning is started, copy processing is executed, only the object is extracted from the background and copied. Moreover, the background is copied in a different color from that of the object.

And toner images are formed on the surface of the substrate by means of an electrostatic dry copying machine and then an organic solvent, which does not dissolve the toner images but dissolves only the adhesive layer into liquid, is applied and wiped off to remove non- image portions of the adhesive layer, excluding toner image portions, following which the coloring agent layer of the foil is superposed on the characters, pictures and patterns of the toner images and the base paper of the substrate is peeled off to expose the toner images on the transfer object in an adhered state.

SOLUTION: A synthetic resin image layer 2 and a non-image surface 4 are formed on the front surface of a blank 1 consisting of the glass, metals, etc. The toner image 3 of the same image is copied and laminated by the copying machine on the front surface of the synthetic resin image layer 2. The etching liquid 5 which dissolves the blank 1 of the glass, metals, etc., is applied on the image from the surface and is wiped away, by which the non-image surface 4 is etched to form the etched image part 6. The org. solvent 7 which dissolves the synthetic resin image layer 2 and the toner image layer 3 is then applied on the blank 1 and the toner image layer 3 from above and is wiped away, by which the synthetic resin image layer 2 and the toner image layer 3 are removed and the non-etched image face 9 is exposed.

Thereafter, a surface of the inorganic solvent color toner image 5 is superimposed onto a surface of the material 7 to be transferred having a curved surface or the like. Thereafter, it is pressed by heating with a part of a silicone rubber 13 provided in a heating printer 10. Thereafter, both of the color toner image 5 near to a partition layer 2 and a transparent thermoplastic resin layer 3 are stuck by transferring onto the material 7 to be transferred by separating a sheet-like base material.

Then, by applying and wiping an organic material 10 for dissolving only the toner image 5, and the toner image is removed, and the same paint image face as the toner image 5 is permitted to reside. By superposition- compressing an adhesive sheet 8 on the surface thereof, separation is effected, and a paint image face 7 with various color patterns and the like is transfer- adhered so that a paint layer comprising designs, characters, and the like can be shown.
