    • PURPOSE:To smoothly perform the classifying treatment of a solid waste group in large quantities by providing the second belt conveyor connected to the downstream side end part of a first conveyor at one end thereof and capable of feeding the solid waste group at a speed higher than that of the first conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A second conveyor part 4 is arranged horizontally in parallel to a first conveyor part 3 so that the upstream side end part thereof is overlapped with the downstream side end part of the first conveyor part 3 and equipped with belt conveyors 16, 17, 18 having rubber annular belts and the 't conveyors 16, 17, 18 are respectively arranged on the extension lines of the belt conveyors 11, 12, 13 of the first conveyor part 3 on a plan view and the feed speed of the belt conveyors 16, 17, 18 is set so as to be higher than that of the belt conveyors 11, 12, 13 and the layers of the solid waste groups on the belt conveyors 16, 17, 18 become thinner than those of the solid waste groups on the belt conveyors 11, 12, 13 and the solid waste groups are developed on the belt conveyors 16, 17, 18 of the second conveyor part 4 in thickness easy to perform manual classification.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the feed efficiency of solid waste to a classifying treatment part by extending a feed part in the direction crossing the charging direction of a storage part and providing a plurality of conveyors whose upstream side end parts fowardly extend as go forwardly in the charging direction. CONSTITUTION:A solid waste group is pushed in the direction shown by an arrow within a storage part 2 by a bulldozer and a first conveyor part 3 is adjacent to the storage part 2 and the feed direction thereof crosses the charging direction of the storage part 2 at a right angle. The first conveyor part 3 is constituted of three belt conveyors 11, 12, 13 having rubber annular belts and the belt conveyors are mutually arranged on the bottom parts of the troughs formed on the ground parallelly and horizontally. The guide plates 15 guiding the solid waste group charged from the storage part 2 extend upwardly from the storage part 2 along the side surfaces of the troughs and the belt conveyors 11, 12, 13 are formed so that the upstream side end parts 11a, 12a, 13a thereof extend more forwardly as go forwardly in the charging direction of the storage part 2.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the degree of freedom of a post-stage as compared with a classifying treatment part by providing a working stage where a worker performing the classifying treatment of the solid waste group on a first conveyor is positioned in the vicinity of the crossing point of second and third conveyors. CONSTITUTION:The solid waste group fed by a first conveyor part 3 is developed on the respective belt conveyors 16, 17, 18 of a second conveyor part 4 in thickness easy to perform manual classification and a stage 19 is formed in the vicinity of the crossing point of second and third conveyor parts 4, 6 and a worker stands on the stage 19 to perform the manual classifying work of the solid waste group. The solid wastes taken out by the manual classifying work are allowed to fall on six belt conveyors 24-29 of the third conveyor part arranged under the stage by kinds to be respectively received in the respective pits 31-36 of a pit part 7. Since the second and third conveyor parts 6 cross each other in this constitution, the classified matters can be easily thrown down to the third conveyor part 6 from the stage 19 and classifying work can be easily performed.

By this constitution, the solid waste group charged from the storage part 2 can be received in large quantities from the lateral part of the first conveyor part 3.

    • PURPOSE:To perform pneumatic classification into a heavyweight material and a lightweight material to improve the classification efficiency by providing the 1st line for causing a group of fed solid wastes to fall, an air sending means for transversely sending air to the 1st line, and the 2nd line branching off from the 1st line forward in the air sending direction of the air sending means. CONSTITUTION:Rubbish (plus sieve) on a sieve is thrown in from a throw-in hole 50 through the 4th conveyor part 9 and guided into a duct 51a to impinge to a stage part 52a on the upper side. At thie time, combustibles, such as plastics, pieces of paper, and wood chips in the rubbish are decelerated and separated to some extent. Further, the rubbish is guided into the duct 51a and passed in front of the blow-out hole of a blower 53a. At thie time, the combustibles to be easily influenced by the force of wind in the rubbish are blown out and classified from a vent hole 54a to a duct 51b adjacent to it. Furtherm the rubbish is given again the similar classification by a stage part 52b and a blower 53b. In this way, the classified solid wastes each are recovered from a combustibles throw-out hole 55 and a noncombustibles discharge hole 56.
