摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fixing a form which facilitates and ensures the connection of a separator of the form to a PC board without causing the problem of strength and thereby improves the operability in formation of the form, in the case when the PC board having truss bars embedded is used for a building of an SRC structure. SOLUTION: In a structure for fixing a form wherein the form 18 for a post or a beam is fixed opposite to a truss-embedded PC board 1 in an SRC structure, a form fixing fitting 7 for fixing and retaining the form 18 at a position at a prescribed space from the truss-embedded PC board 1 is used. The form fixing fitting 7 is composed of an engaging member 8 engaging with a truss bar 2b of the truss-embedded PC board, a separator member 9 screwed in the engaging member to fix it to the truss bar and also provided for retaining the form at a prescribed space from the truss-embedded PC board and a fastening member 10 fixing the separator member to the form. The separator member is disposed between the truss bar and the form, piercing a steel frame 5 constituting the post or the beam.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC plate mounting structure which, when deflection is generated by receiving vibrations of a medium-level earthquake, wind pressure of a normal-level typhoon or the like, and thermal expansion (or contraction) due to the influence of solar heat, does not pose degradation of external wall function which requires mending of cracks and leakage in the PC plate per se, and has follow-up capability in a limited range in which the PC plate can be continuously used, in a manner sufficiently following relative story displacement with little requirement of mending, the PC plate mounting structure following the relative story displacement and preventing slip-out and damage of the PC plate caused by the deflection by the same, even when a large-level earthquake, an extremely strong typhoon, or the like occurs. SOLUTION: Upper and lower portions of a PC plate 30 are connected to skeletons 32, 34, respectively, and a vertically intermediate portion of the same is confined to a skeleton 33 via a fastener 31 which is movable in a predetermined gap range in a surface external direction.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate working by inserting a support body erected on a beam material side into an opening of a fitting tool, and turning a screw-engaged body engaged with a thread part formed in the support body so as to adjust a fitting height. CONSTITUTION:A support body 10 is erected on a specified position of a beam material 3 via a fixed base 11, a fixed board 14 is fitted thereto, and the support body 10 is inserted into an opening 8 of a lower board part 6 of a fitting tool 1 of which a part is in advance embedded in a PC board 2. The PC board 2 is supported on an upper face of a screw-engaged body engaged with a thread part 12 of the support body 10 and a space for allowing horizontal movement is formed between the opening 8 and the support body 10. Then, the screw- engaged body 13 is turned to adjust a height of the PC board 2, and the fixed board 14 is fixed to the underneath of the lower board part 6 to position the PC board 2 in the horizontal direction. Accordingly, falling of the PC board 2 during working can be prevented.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit a reinforcing effect of a PC plate installing device, and improve convenience in use by embedding a part of a cross-sectional U-shaped installing tool in a PC plate, forming the other part as an installing part supported in contact with a support body erected on the beam material side by projecting from a PC plate surface, and arranging upward cut piece parts in an upper plate part and both side surface parts. SOLUTION: An installing tool 1 is composed of a plate-like upper plate part 2 and side plate parts 4 bending downward along an oblique bending part 3 on its both sides, and intermediate parts are respectively cut upward in the upper plate part 2 and both side plate parts 4, and an upper upward cut piece part 13 and left and right upward cut piece parts 14 are formed. The upward cut piece parts 13 and 14 become a pressure support part to support pressure against out-of-plane pressing force acting on a PC plate 5, and also function as a pressure support part to the vertical directional rotation moment and the horizontal directional rotation moment acting on the installing tool 1. That is, the reinforcing action can be provided against respective directional load forces acting the PC plate 5 by the upward cut piece parts 13 and 14. When the upward cut piece parts 13 and 14 are used as a reference surface, adjusting work on a height and a horizontal condition can be simplified.

CONSTITUTION:A fixture 1 is partially buriedly provided in a PC plate 2. In addition, the fixture 1 and the bearing body 13 are mutually connected, and the threadedly engaging body 16 is rotated to regulate the height of the PC plate 2. Thus, since the PC plate 2 is prevented from falling off during work and positioned below the bearing body 13, bending moment to the bearing body 13 can be controlled low, and moreover since a part buriedly provided in the PC plate 2 has an inclined face in each direction, anchor effect can be reinforced.

CONSTITUTION:An attaching tool 1 is partially buriedly provided in a PC plate 2, and its other part is used as the attaching part of a beam member 3. A bearing body 13 is erectly provided on a fixed base part 14, and then inserted through the opening 12 of the lower plate 8 of the attaching tool 1. A threadedly engaging body 16 is threadedly engaged with the threaded part 15 of the bearing body 13 to support the PC plate 2 so as to be adjustable in its height. In addition, a space is formed between the opening 12 and the bearing body 13 to absorb horizontal slippage. The attaching tool 1 and the bearing body 13 are mutually connected to prevent the falling off of the PC plate 2 during work. In this connected state, the threadedly engaging body 16 is rotated for regulating the height of the PC plate 2. Thus, work efficiency can be improved, and bending moment to the bearing body 13 can be suppressed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for adjusting a fit position of a PC plate, which dispenses with welding of positioning pieces for adjusting the fit position onto a steel frame beforehand, and easily sets the pieces to the PC plate in the construction field, based on the position of insert nuts embedded in the PC plate or truss bars, and to provide a method for adjusting the fit position of the PC plate. SOLUTION: There is provided a PC plate fit position adjusting method. According to this method, a fit position adjusting bolt 6 is installed in an internal surface of a PC plate 1 in a direction orthogonal to the plate 1, and nuts 23 are screwed onto the fit position adjusting bolt. Then, the fit position adjusting bolt is engaged, via the nuts, with a positioning member (fit position adjusting tool 18) fixed to a building structure 3, and the fit position adjusting bolt is moved with respect to the positioning member by rotating the nuts, thereby adjusting the fit position of the PC plate. In this method, when the PC plate is installed in the construction field, the positioning member is fixed to the building structure 3 at a desired location by using a clamping bolt 20.

Consequently, falling of the PC board during working can be prevented.
