    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave absorbing building material made of a conventional plaster building material, displaying stable electromagnetic wave absorption performance in a plurality of frequency bands, and manufactured at lower costs.
      SOLUTION: A resisting membrane layer 2 is provided over one side of a plaster board 5a of a standard thickness and a conductor layer 4 over its other side. The resisting membrane layer 2 is composed of the plural batches of a conductive paint coated by a silk screen printing method, and arranged in a predetermined cycle to absorb electromagnetic waves in both 2.4 and 5.2 GHz frequency bands and prevent the occurrence of communication jam in these frequency bands. Since the silk screen printing method with a low printing speed is used for the coating, it obtains stable electromagnetic wave absorption performance without variations by restricting the biased direction of conductive particles caused by their coating direction.
