    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a nonaqueous electrolyte battery capable of enhancing the high rate discharge characteristics while ensuring safety.SOLUTION: A lithium ion secondary battery includes an electrode group formed by winding a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate while sandwiching a separator. The positive electrode plate is manufactured through a positive electrode mixture layer formation step for forming a positive electrode mixture layer by coating both surfaces of an aluminum foil with a positive electrode mixture, and then drying the aluminum foil, and performing first pressing, and a flame-resistant agent layer formation step for forming a flame-resistant agent layer by coating the positive electrode mixture layer with a flame-resistant agent containing a phosphazene compound, and then drying the positive electrode mixture layer, and performing second pressing. In the second pressing, the second press pressure is set to 1/3 or less of the first press pressure in the flame-resistant agent layer formation step. In the second pressing, the thickness is adjusted while leaving the pores formed in the flame-resistant agent layer due to drying. Ion mobility of the positive electrode plate is ensured.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery capable of enhancing high rate discharge characteristics while ensuring safety.SOLUTION: In a lithium ion secondary battery, a laminated electrode group 10 is sealed in a laminate film of an outer packaging body. In the laminated electrode group 10, a positive electrode plate 14 and a negative electrode plate 15 are laminated alternatively. In the positive electrode plate 14, a positive electrode mixture layer W2 including a lithium manganese composite oxide as a positive electrode active material is formed on both sides of aluminum foil W1. In the positive electrode mixture layer W2, in addition to the positive electrode active material, a carbon material as a conductive agent and a phosphazene compound as a flame-resistant agent are dispersedly mixed to be uniform. A mass ratio of the conductive agent with respect to the mass of the flame-resistant agent is adjusted to be 1.3 or more. In the negative electrode plate 15, a negative electrode mixture layer including a negative electrode active material is formed on both sides of a rolled copper foil. Electron conductivity of the positive electrode plate 14 is ensured by the conductive agent.
