      SOLUTION: A projection 17 is formed inside a seal lip 12. The projection 17 is regularly non-contacted with the inside surface of a seal groove 7. When the pressure difference is generated between a bearing inside and a bearing outside partitioned by a seal member 4, and the seal lip 12 is internally pushed, the projection 17 is brought in contact with the inside surface 16 of the seal groove 7. The seal lip 12 near the contact is partially and elastically deformed by the contact of the projection 17, so as to form an air passage 18 to communicate the bearing inside with the bearing outside.
