      SOLUTION: In this hot-water mixing unit 2 used in combination with hot-water feed machines, either of a first mode and a second mode can be selectively set as a set mode for a control means 20. When the first mode is set, the control means 20 determines the temperature of discharge hot water from the hot water feed machine 1A based on data on target temperatures of discharge hot water transmitted from a remote controller 3, and controls a plurality of hot-water mixing means 23 according to the data on the target temperatures of feed hot water from the remote controller 3 while performing communication processing for controlling the hot-water feed machine to instruct the discharge of the hot water at the temperature of the discharge hot water to the hot-water feed machine 1A. When the second mode is set, the control means can control the plurality of hot-water mixing means 23 according to the data on the target temperatures of the feed water from the remote controller 3 without performing the communication processing for controlling the hot-water feed machine.
