In the heat exchanger, the void sections 6 respectively formed between the first and second extended tubular body sections 4A, 4B positioned in the adjacent regions of the plurality of coil tube units U, are closed by spacers 8 specifying a dimension of the clearance 39 between the plurality of loop sections 30 to suppress the passing of the heating medium through the void sections 6.
