At this time, the heat source machine acquires or calculates temperatures, flow rates, and heating values of hot-water and cold-water flowing through the water inlet pipe and the tapping pipe, and the automatic bath filling pipe, and calculates a ratio of the heating values of hot-water and cold-water flowing through the tapping pipe and the automatic bath filling pipe. Any of the heating value of the hot-water and cold-water flowing through the tapping pipe and the heating value of the hot-water and cold-water flowing through the automatic bath filling pipe is corrected based on the calculated ratio of the heating value. A value to be used for determining the use of other taps is calculated based on the corrected heating value.
