      SOLUTION: The method for producing a urethane (meth)acrylate comprises producing a urethane (meth)acrylate that is obtained by reacting a diol with a diisocyanate to produce a urethane prepolymer and reacting the urethane prepolymer with a monool containing a (meth)acryloyl group in which the diol is a block copolymer obtained by adding 80-40 wt.% of 1,2-butylene oxide to 20-60 wt.% of a polytetramethylene glycol and has 2,000-10,000 number-average molecular weight measured by gel permeation chromatography and ≤0.03 meq/g unsaturation degree.
