摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polymer gel electrolyte using an ionically conductive porous film having both ionic conductivity and strength, and also adhesion for itself.SOLUTION: The method for producing the polymer gel electrolyte includes the steps of: supporting a polymer having a polyacrylate, polymethacrylate, polyethylene oxide, polypropylene oxide, poly (ethylene oxide/propylene oxide), polyphosphazene, polyvinyl ether or polysiloxane structure in a main chain and a chain oligoalkylene oxide structure in a side chain with a substrate porous film; then, crosslinking this polymer to obtain an adhesive porous film as a crosslinked product; and next bringing an electrolyte comprising an organic solvent for swelling the crosslinked product of the polymer and an electrolyte salt dissolved in this organic solvent in contact with the adhesive porous film.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion-conductive porous film having ion-conductivity, strength and adhesiveness by itself and also provide a production method therefor. SOLUTION: The ion-conductive porous film has an adhesive strength of 0.2 N or larger by itself for 180 deg. tear in 20 mm width formed by carrying a crosslinked polymer, which has in its main chain a polyacrylate, polymethacrylate, polyethylene oxide, polypropylene oxide, poly(ethylene oxide/ propylene oxide), polyphosphazene, polyvinyl ether or polysiloxane structure and in its side chain a chain oligoalkylene oxide structure, and the salt of an electrolyte on a porous base film. In addition, the production method of a polymer-gel electrolyte in which the polymer is crosslinked and then the porous film is brought into contact with an electrolysis solution consisting of an organic solvent swelling the crosslinked polymer and a second salt of the electrolyte which dissolves in the organic solvent to give the polymer-gel electrolyte is provided.

SOLUTION: The method of making the polymer gel electrolyte comprises the steps of: a polymer which comprises as principal chain a structure such as polyacrylate, polymethacrylate, polyethyleneoxide, polypropyleneoxide, poly (ethyleneoxide/propyreneoxide), polyphosphazene, polyvinylether, or polysiloxane and as side chain an oligoalkyleneoxide structure, being carried on a porous substrate membrane so as to occupy 10-90% of the surface area thereof; the polymer being dissolved in an electrolyte solution dissolving an electrolyte salt in an organic solvent, thereby being diffused into the porous substrate membrane; and the polymer being crosslinked, whereby a crosslinked body swelled with the electrolyte solution is formed.

SOLUTION: The porous film is characterized in that the resin composition is composed of a high-molecular-weight polyolefin resistor 70-99.9 wt.% and a polymer of 0.1-30 wt.% which has, as a main chain, a polyacrylate, polymethacrylate, polyethylene oxide, polypropylene oxide, polyethylenepropylene oxide, polyphosphazene, polyvinyl ether or polysiloxane structure, and as a side chain, a chain oligoalkylylene oxide. This porous film is obtained by heating and kneading the high-molecular-weight polyolefin resin and the above polymer in a solvent, molding the resultant kneaded material to a gel-type sheet, rolling and/or extending it, and thereafter removing the solvent.
