摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet (for example, plating masking protective sheet) excellent in a balance between the adhesiveness to an adherend surface and the light peelability on thermal pressure bonding. SOLUTION: The protective sheet has a base material and an adhesive layer provided on one surface of the base material. The adhesive layer is thermoplastic. When the protective sheet is pressure bonded to a polyimide film under the conditions of a temperature of 120°C, a pressure of 0.34 MPa, and a pressure time of 5 sec, the peeling strength PS HP measured by peeling the protective sheet from the polyimide film under the conditions of a temperature of 25°C, a peeling speed of 5 m/min, and a peeling angle of 180° is 0.05 to 1.0 N/10 mm. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection sheet for glass etching, excellent in etchant-resistive infiltration, antifouling property and peeling workability.SOLUTION: The protection sheet for glass etching has a base material and an adhesive agent layer provided on one surface of the base material, and is pasted on a non-etching part of a glass when the glass is etched, to protect the non-etching part from an etchant. The gel fraction of the adhesive agent constituting the adhesive agent layer is ≥60%. The adhesive agent is an acrylic adhesive agent containing an acrylic polymer as a main component. The acrylic polymer is synthesized by polymerizing a monomer raw material containing as a main monomer a monomer represented by formula: CH=CRCOOR(wherein Ris a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; and Ris an alkyl group). The main monomer contains as a main component a monomer in which Rin the formula is a ≥6C alkyl group.

The adhesive agent constituting the adhesive agent layer is an acrylic adhesive agent mainly containing an acrylic polymer. The protective sheet has a low-speed peeling intensity measured with a condition of an elongation speed of 300 mm/min. of 0.1 N/20 mm or more, a high-speed peeling intensity measured with the condition of the elongation speed of 10 m/min. of 3 N/20 mm or less, and a gel fraction of the acrylic adhesive agent of 25 mass% to 70 mass%.
