    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring circuit board, a fuel battery, and a method for manufacturing a wiring circuit board which can simplify the structure of the fuel battery.SOLUTION: An FPC substrate 1, an electrode film 35, and a fuel storage chamber 50 are stored in a casing 40. The fuel storage chamber 50 is provided between the FPC substrate 1 and the lower surface part 42 so as to be in contact with the base insulating layer 2. Liquid fuel is supplied to the fuel storage chamber 50.
