    • PURPOSE:To reduce the loss-time due to transfer interruption by separately moving the upper and lower pallets to the drawing out and accepting positions when they arrives at the same height as the rail. CONSTITUTION:The lifter 27 intermittently rises by the cylinder 29 through the rise and fall link mechanism 28. In the meanwhile, when the upper surface of the lower end plate 27b arrives at the same height as the rail 7, the pallet 8 moves left toward the accepting position 2. The limit switch 16 is actuated and the pallet 8 stops. On the other hand, the sheet material 34 on the lifter 27 is successively transferred. Simultaneously with the completion of its transfer, the limit switch 30 is actuated, the cylinder 29 is compressed, and the stand 35 is let to fall. When the upper surface of the upper end plate 27a falls at the position which matches the rail 7, the limit switch 32 is actuated and the pallet 8 moves right toward the drawing out position 3.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten interrupting time for letting out the material in such a way that in an equipment to conveying piled sheet materials to the press line carry-in part, the part for a carrier is made freely movable forward and rearward to the upward opening groove in response to where is on the stack receiving stand. CONSTITUTION:Gradual feeding to the carry-in part is done seriatim from the sheet material on the uppermost side on the stack receiving plane 11c by means of a feeder with use of a sucking cup 17. In the meantime, a lifter 12 is sent up so that the upper level may be constant, a movable rail 3 within each groove 11a of a receiving stand 11 is support on the bottom face 11b of the groove, which is lifted up with the receiving stand 11. In the course of the time, a new stack is loaded on a carrier 5 at the receiving position (A) by means of a fork lift, or another, and held in readiness right before the letting out position B. Hereby, when the letting out is done, the carrier portions 5a-5c is on the way running on the fixed rail 2 and on the movable rail 3 coming into the groove 11a, then the new stack 16' is lifted from the carrier 5 through a lifeter 12 at its receiving plane 11c.

    • PURPOSE:To hinder tumbling deformation of a wheel house inner panel by the rigidity of a support and a closed section by forming closed section, whose bottom is coupled with a floor panel by a supporting member, at the side of the wheel house inner panel. CONSTITUTION:A supporting member (rear axle member) 22 forming a closed section 27 stretching in the vertical direction of intra-cabin side is coupled with a wheel house inner panel 17, which is formeds in a single piece with a strat tower 18, through a vertical flange 24 (25) and a horizontal flange 26. The bottom of supporting member 23 is secured to a floor panel 34. When an upward directed load is applied on the strat tower 18 from the strat of suspension during the car in running, the wheel house inner panel 17 with its bottom fixed to the floor panel 34 is going to make tumbling deformation. This can however be checked by the rigid structure of the closed section 27 and the supporting member 23, and also generation of booming noise be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of an opening edge section of a trunk room which is defined by connecting a plurality of panels with each other, and to enhance the water-tight ability of the opening edge section by forming a frame constituting the opening edge section, independently of the panels, and by attaching this frame to the end edge of the panels. CONSTITUTION:A trunk room 3 provided in the rear section of a vehicle body 1 and having an opening 2 in its upper surface is defined by connecting both side rear fender panels, a front rear parcel panel 5 and a rear window panel with each other. In this arrangement, a frame 24 constituting the opening edge of the trunk room 3 is formed, independently of the above-mentioned panels, in a rectangular shape by which an opening 2 is defined. A recess 29 is formed in the front side part 25 of the front section of the frame 24, an upstanding flange 38 onto which a weather strip 12 is fitted is formed on the one end part of the recess 29, and an upper panel 30 is fitted in the recess 29 so as to cover the latter. Further, the lower end section of a rear window 33 is fixed to a ridge 31 on the upper panel 30 by means of an adhesive 34.
