A hole 115 is provided on a position to fix the main reinforcement 202 of the reinforcement unit 200 of an outer beam 114 of the reinforcement frame 100, the reinforcement frame 100 including the outer beam 114 is constructed, the main reinforcements 202 and the tie hoops 204 are assembled to construct the reinforcement unit, the reinforcement unit 200 is disposed to the side face of the reinforcement frame 100, and the main reinforcements 202 of the reinforcement unit 200 are bound by a binding wire 130 inserted to the hole 115 of the outer beam 114 of the reinforcement frame 100.
