    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein concrete structures in sewers or sewerage facilities are deteriorating at a speed much greater than we have expected, due to sulfuric acid erosion, and to provide new acid-resistant mortar and concrete materials which are prepared by combining inorganic materials and are provided as inexpensive inorganic materials exerting acid resistance and early strength development.
      SOLUTION: The acid-resistant mortar mixture is produced by adding one or two kinds of industrial waste fine powder chosen from fly ash, blast furnace slag fine powder, garbage molten slag and sewage molten slag to a cement. Alternatively, the acid-resistant mortar mixture developing early strength is produced by adding a mineral matter fine powder essentially comprising aluminum oxide to the mortar. An acid-resistant mortar repair material is produced by adding 0.3-2% short glass fiber to a cement, one or more of acid-resistant materials and the mineral fine powder essentially comprising aluminum oxide and mixing the same. The acid-resistant concrete is also provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an asphalt pavement mixture in which carbon black as nano particles is not formed in lumps and easily mixed uniformly with asphalt, and the quality is stabilized. SOLUTION: In the step of manufacturing an asphalt pavement mixture, a carbide 2 and/or a carbon black 3 obtained from a waste rubber 1 by dry distillation is first mixed with stone powder 4 to uniformly disperse and adhere to the surface of the stone powder. The powder 5 obtained by the adhesion and by dispersing the stone powder by the ball bearing action of the carbide is charged into a plant mixer, and mixed with the other asphalt material 6 for manufacturing the asphalt pavement mixture 7. The asphalt pavement mixture 7 is a water-dischargeable asphalt pavement mixture or a dense asphalt pavement mixture.
