      SOLUTION: The booster cylinder comprises a primary-side piston 3a moved by a hydraulic liquid flowing into a primary-side cylinder 1a, a secondary-side piston 3b having a cross section smaller than the primary-side piston 3a and integrally and movably formed with the piston 3a, an output piston 4 moving in a secondary-side cylinder 1b, a booster chamber 9 sealed with liquid and formed with the secondary-side opposed-piston 3b and the output piston 4 with its pressure being increased by the internal movement of the secondary-side piston 3b, and a rod, with a through-hole 6a passing through the axial center, passing through the primary-side piston, rod of the secondary-side piston, output piston, and axial center of flanges at both ends of the cylinder.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin tube maintenance and inspection apparatus which can improve working efficiency, can decrease the fatigue of a worker, can improve the work environment, has both a thin tube clamping function and a sealing function, and can carry out both the maintenance and inspection. SOLUTION: A plurality of cleaning guns are arranged on the same base plate, each cleaning gun being equipped with a gas/liquid pressure increase cylinder having a hollow piston rod. By the thrust force of the cylinder, a clamping collet attached to the tip of the piston rod is pressed via an elastic rubber arranged on the outer surface of the collet so that the outer surface of the rubber is pressed against the inner surface of a thin tube. Thus, the thin tube can be strongly fixed, the damage to the inner surface of the thin tube is prevented, and the leak of a cleaning liquid from the dividing plane of the clamping collet and from the contact section between the thin tube inner surface and the rubber to the thin tube opening side is prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronously drive each independent control jack with each other even in the case of using plural independent control jacks by providing a booster, of which high-pressure side is connected to a hydraulic jack through a pipe and of which low-pressure side is connected to a hydraulic pump through a pair of pipes. SOLUTION: In a booster 4, an inner piston 7 is operated upward, and the oil, which is filled in a part P2 of a secondary side cylinder 6, is supplied as super high-pressure oil to a hydraulic jack 14 so as to project a piston 15. At this stage, the oil to be supplied to the hydraulic jack 14 is boosted up by the booster 4, and the supplied variable of the oil is accurately controlled. Furthermore, since quantity of the oil inside of the hydraulic jack 14 is controlled by the secondary side cylinder 6 and quantity of the oil of the secondary side cylinder 6 is accurately controlled by the fed variable of the oil of the hydraulic pump 2, lowering speed of the hydraulic jack 14 is accurately controlled. With this structure, even in the case of using plural independent control jacks, jack- down of the hydraulic jacks can be synchronized.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with fitting work to a back seat or to a guide plate and to shorten the time required for valve fitting work by rotating a roller through the driving of a power source via gear trains and by rotating a valve spindle installing frame, accompanying its up-and-down motion, via an annular cam with a wave form in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: In fitting a valve spindle 4, when a roller 11 stands on the bottom-position of a cam 12, a gap between a valve spindle operating bracket 9 and a valve spindle operating bracket receiver 9a is adjusted to an appropriate dimension first, and a compound is applied to a back seat receiver 3b and to a back seat 6. Next, a gap between a valve spindle operating bracket 9 installed in a gear 8 and a receiving seat 9a for the bracket 9 is adjusted so that the gap becomes 1 to 2mm, using adjusting bolts 23, 20. When the motor 5 is driven in this state, the valve spindle 4 is rotated, accompanying its up-and- down motion, via gears 7, 8, the operating bracket 9, an installing frame 10, and a valve spindle clamp 24, and fitting work can be conducted between the back seat 6 and the back-seat receiver 3b.
