摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real-time video image transmission system, by which a protector can confirm the safety and grasp the circumstance of children in a nursery school or elderly persons in a nursing home, from a remote place in real time. SOLUTION: When a photographing object designation means 121 designates a photographing object desired by a video image recipient (protector), a photographing object place compatible means 122 converts an existing place of the designated photographing object into a photographing place. A photographing place camera compatible means 123 transmits a camera designation signal, to designate a camera for photographing the place to a camera selection means 11. The camera selection means 11 selects and outputs a video image, to be transmitted by an information transmission means 13 among a plurality of video images photographed by a plurality of imaging means 10 by the signal of the designated camera, and the information transmission means 13 transmits the selected video image to the video image recipient.
