In the mobile phone, a signal electrode 111 for electric field communication and a ground electrode 113 are respectively built and installed into areas in the mobile phone, where an user does not touch simultaneously at when the mobile phone is not in use, and connected with a transceiver. A slit SL is provided in the mobile phone to pass a radio signal for a mobile phone, a radio signal for a built-in non-contact IC card of a mobile phone, to the signal electrode 111 and/or the ground electrode 113.

Part of the electric field passes through the other transceiver, and thus the voltage of the same waveform is applied to a similar electrode provided in the other transceiver. The other transceiver reproduces the information by the waveform of the voltage.
