      SOLUTION: In the transceiver 1, when a switching control circuit 16 determines that a power switch SW is turned on, a display control part 13 makes information stored in a memory 14 be displayed on a display device 12 by supplying signals to an electrode P through a switch SW1 which is on. The electrode P is capacitively coupled to the electric field transmission medium and an electric field is generated between the electric field transmission medium and the ground. Part of the electric field passes through the other transceiver, and thus the voltage of the same waveform is applied to a similar electrode provided in the other transceiver. The other transceiver reproduces the information by the waveform of the voltage.
