    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unintended communication between an installation terminal using electric field communication and a portable terminal.SOLUTION: A plate electrode 11a connected to the installation terminal 11 installed near a door 5 is slightly inclined to the front face of the door 5 to be arranged. Thus, since an electric field to be emitted by the plate electrode 11a does not progress to the front face of the door 5 but progresses to the inclined direction, and further goes to metal parts of the door 5, a building etc., arrival distance of a polling signal to be transmitted by the installation terminal 11 is suppressed to prevent communication which is not intended by a user 100. In addition, since the electric field to be emitted by the plate electrode 11a is absorbed by a metal plate 13 by providing the metal plate 13 in the electric field emitting direction, the arrival distance of the polling signal is suppressed.
