    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a laminate by which a resin film and a photo-curing composition can simply and efficiently be laminated and to provide the laminate obtained thereby. SOLUTION: The laminate in which a resin layer having fine unevennesses is laminated onto the surface of the resin film 2 is produced. The method comprises passing through 5 steps (a coating step of coating the mold surface 8a of a mold 8 having fine unevennesses on the surface 8a with a liquid photo-curing composition, a contacting step of opposing and bringing the surface of the coated photo-curing composition into contact with the surface of the resin film 2 delivered from a delivery roll 1 by a prescribed length, a resin layer-forming step of curing the photo-curing composition by light irradiation and forming the resin layer, a peeling step of peeling the resin film 2 to which the resin layer is applied from the surface 8a of the mold 8 and a winding step of carrying out movement of the resin film 2 and performing winding for winding of the laminate onto a winding roll 3) in the order.
