    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength cold rolled steel sheet which has a strength-ductility balance, and further has excellent stretch flange formability, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The cold rolled steel sheet has a composition containing, by mass, 0.03 to 0.15% Ti, and in which the content of Nb is limited to≤0.03%, the content of Mo is limited to ≤0.25% and the content of V is limited to ≤0.25%, satisfying 0.18≤6Ti+25Nb+3Mo+3V≤1.0, and in which Ti based carbonitrides of 1 to 50 nm are dispersed, the area ratio of ferrite is ≥95%, the average grain size of the ferrite is limited to ≤20 μm, and also, the ratio of unrecrystallized ferrite occupied in the ferrite is limited to ≤25%. In the production method, a steel is heated to ≥1,050°C, is, when necessary, cold rolled, is water-cooled to ≤550°C, and then, is subjected to cold rolling at a draft of ≥40%, and is annealed at the maximum heating temperature of 600°C to (Ac 1 +20)°C.
