摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify a connection between a major lance inner passage and an extremity end lance inner passage and enable it to meet a required cooling characteristic by a method wherein a fluid passage within the major lance is constructed by a plurality of pipes independent of each other and cooling water passages for the major lance and the extremity end lance are made independent of each other. CONSTITUTION:An extremity end lance 7 has a multi-pipe structure except an extremity end burner 12. These passages are connected to a fluid passage within the major lance 5 through annular grooves 30-33. With this arrangement, each of passages within the major lance 5 communicates with a corresponding passage within the extremity end lance 7 however the extremity end lance 7 is rotated within the rotary coupling 6.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a patterned tile in high productivity by preheating a tile substrate to apply a temperature distribution corresponding to the pattern of a glazing layer to the tile substrate prior to the formation of a glaze layer by the flame spray-coating of a glaze to the tile substrate. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a tile substrate 1 is covered with a masking plate 2 having apertures 5 of a shape corresponding to the pattern to be applied. The surface of the tile substrate is preheated with a flame 4 blasted from a preheating burner 3 to apply a temperature distribution corresponding to the pattern of the glaze layer to the tile substrate 1. A glaze is flame spray-coated to the preheated tile substrate 1 to form a glaze layer. When a glaze containing e.g. selenium-cadmium pigment is used in the present process, the part preheated at a high temperature becomes orange and the part preheated at a low temperature becomes red to obtain a patterned tile.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the brittling and degradation of a concrete substrate caused by the heat of glazing, by applying a ceramic coating to the surface of a concrete substrate at a relatively low temperature and baking a glazing on the ceramic coating layer acting as a heat-insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic coating layer 2 is applied to the surface of a concrete substrate 1 while keeping the surface temperature below 300 deg.C. A glazing layer 8 is formed on the ceramic coating layer 2 by spraying a glazing 5 (e.g. SiO2 frit) with a spray gun 6 using oxygen 3 and propane gas 4 as a heat source. Since the ceramic coating layer 2 acts as a heat-insulation material, the surface of the concrete substrate 1 is kept from being heated at a high temperature in the baking of the glaze. As an alternative method, the glaze is applied to the surface of the ceramic coating layer 2 e.g. with spray gun, brush, etc., and baked by heating with a burner.
