    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of suppressing production of high oil content sludge which is difficult to treat by adding an oil adsorption inhibitor to a large amount of oil-containing waste liquid containing sludge, water and a large amount of oil, such as rolling cooling wastewater produced in a rolling step.SOLUTION: In the treatment method of wastewater, for continuously suppressing adsorption of oil and suspended solids other than the oil produced in oil-containing wastewater containing the suspended solids, water and the oil by adding an oil content adsorption inhibitor at least to the water, from a suspension solid concentration (SS) and/or an oil concentration contained in simulated wastewater, the optimum concentration of the oil adsorption inhibitor corresponding to the concentration is determined beforehand, the suspended solid concentration (SS) and/or the oil concentration in the oil-containing wastewater containing the suspended solids, the water and the oil, that are made to continuously flow, is continuously measured, and the oil adsorption inhibitor is continuously added while executing control so as to be the predetermined optimum concentration corresponding to the measured value.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical cleaning treatment method and a cleaning treatment apparatus of steel slag landfill site leachate, for enabling steel slag to be effectively utilized for landfill without causing environmental contamination, and contributing to environmental protection and resource protection by improving and ensuring the cleaning treatment technique of leachate from the steel slag produced when the steel slag is utilized for the landfill.SOLUTION: A cleaning treatment method of the steel slag landfill site leachate is for cleaning leachate (raw water) from a landfill site where steel slag is used for landfill, and at least includes a step of performing oxidation treatment by adding hypochlorous acid to the raw water which is water to be treated, then performing coagulation treatment by adding an inorganic coagulant and a polymer coagulant to the water to be treated to coagulate suspended solids in wastewater, and then performing solid-liquid separation. Also, before adding the polymer coagulant, air diffusing treatment is performed by sending air to the water to be treated from a diffuser pipe. The cleaning treatment apparatus of the steel slag landfill site leachate is used for performing the method.
