    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat insulation material which reduces an occurence of a warpage even when the material is exposed under an instantaneous high-temperature environment, and to provide a construction method for the same.SOLUTION: The heat insulation material is manufactured by bonding a liquid permeable face material to both faces of a rigid urethane foam material. In this case, the liquid permeable face material formed on the both sides of the obtained heat insulation material contains water, a liquid organic compound or an aqueous solution of an organic compound in a liquid volume of 9 g/mor more per one face. The construction of the heat insulation material is conducted by applying asphalt on one face of the obtained heat insulation material, and bonding the heat insulation material so that the face to which asphalt is applied faces to the roof of a building, an underground structure, a floor plate of a bridge, a water tank, a tank and the like.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flexible polyurethane foam for a heating carpet, having excellent strength, flame retardance, heat resistance and cushionability with good moldability by monolithic molding while hardly emitting unpleasant odor.
      SOLUTION: The production method comprises reacting (A) an organic polyisocyanate containing ≥60 mass% polymeric MDI (a1) in a specific composition with (B) a polyol containing a specific polyoxyalkylene polyol (b1) and a polymer-dispersed polyol (b2) containing aldehyde condensation-based resin fine particles (b2-1) dispersed therein by using (C) 0.01-5 mass% catalyst containing ≥30 mass% active hydrogen-containing tertiary amine based on the amount of the polyol (B) in the presence of (D) a foaming agent comprising water and (E) a foam stabilizer in a mold including a front surface material, a back surface material and a heater previously set therein to produce the flexible polyurethane foam for the heating carpet by the monolithic molding with the skin without using a phosphate ester-based compound and a halogen-based phosphate ester.
