    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a cowl top cover which can easily adjust a reaction force of a first seal portion and can secure sealability at a lip part of the cowl top cover.SOLUTION: A body part cavity 65a is demarcated in a part of a cavity 65 by moving a slide core 63 forward from a guide hole 61d to come into contact with a second mold 62. A synthetic resin is injected into the body part cavity 65a to form a cover body part 31. The slide core 63 is moved back toward the guide hole 61d by a predetermined distance so that a thickness of the lip part is smaller in a lip protruding portion than that in a second seal portion. A synthetic resin softer than the synthetic resin forming the cover body part is injected into a seal part cavity 65b to form the lip part.

The manufacturing method for the decoration panel includes a step for forming a laminated body of the base material and the skin and pressing it to deform it; a step for sewing these to form the stitch; and a step for releasing the pressing and restoring the deformation to form a swelled part at a periphery of the stitch.       SOLUTION: An attachment receiving part 45 is formed integrally with the case body 11 of the ventilator 10, and a bushing 44 is formed separately from the attachment receiving part 45 and a dial body 43. Then the bushing 44 is formed by a polyacetal resin which has larger elasticity than the resin constituting the attachment receiving part 45, and which has minor change in characteristics with the elapse of time. Then an engagement piece 44e projected from the bushing 44 is inserted into an axial hole 45c of the attachment receiving part 45, and an engagement part 44f is engaged with an engagement surface 45e, thus the bushing 44 is attached to the attachment receiving part 45. Then the dial body 43 is pressed against a sliding contact part 45g by the bushing 44, and a sliding torque is obtained. Then an abutting part 44h projected from the engagement piece 44e is brought into contact with the inner surface of the axial hole 45c, and rattling can be prevented.
