    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for evaluating existence of a toner blocking operation when a sheet of recording paper is treated with a heat roll-type non- impact laser-beam printer (NIP) without treating sheets of recording paper in large quantities with the NIP, and to provide the sheet of recording paper whose pseudobondable property and NIP-suitability are superior. SOLUTION: In an evaluation method for a heat dissipating performance of the sheet of recording paper, the sheet of recording paper is passed between a pair of pressable rolls composed of a heatable nonelastic roll and an elastic roll in an environment of 25° and 50%RH, by a heating operation under a definite condition and under a pressure.
