    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine infuser which neither disturbs a magnetic field nor gives electrical noise even if a syringe portion is placed near a magnetic field environment of an MRI instrument and can be simply and accurately controlled.SOLUTION: The syringe portion includes a liquid medicine transfusion syringe 10, and a hydraulic cylinder 20 for driving the syringe, is made of a nonmagnetic material, and is installed in the magnetic field environment. A power portion includes a power generation motor 40 and a hydraulic cylinder 50 driven by the motor and is installed in a nonmagnetic field environment. The syringe side hydraulic cylinder 20 and the power side hydraulic cylinder 50 are double-acting types of the same size. One hydraulic chamber A1 of the syringe side hydraulic cylinder 20 and one hydraulic chamber A2 of the power side hydraulic cylinder 50 are connected by first piping 81 and the other hydraulic chamber B1 of the cylinder side hydraulic cylinder 20 and the other hydraulic chamber B2 of the power side hydraulic cylinder 50 are connected by second piping 82. Each of them is filled with a nonmagnetic liquid and sealed from the outside.
