    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing high protein feed having a globular protein material as the raw material, and excellent in digestibility and palatability. SOLUTION: The method for producing the feed includes treating a globular protein material with subcritical water followed by heat drying. Accordingly, the globular protein material is depolymerized by subcritical water treatment, and protein kind in the raw material, easy to be heat-denatured is previously depolymerized passing a step of production and decomposition of a heat-denatured material. As a result of this, it is possible to suppress denaturation of protein even drying the subcritical water-treated material with heat drying means, and to increase digestibility and palatability of the feed.
