SOLUTION: The treads 6 (7) adjoining in a height direction are connected to each other by connection members 53 (64) arranged at both ends in the lateral width direction of the treads 6 (7), and load applied in a laterally unbalanced manner to the treads 6 (7) is dispersed and supported by all the treads 6 (7) to suppress the flexure of the treads 6 (7) to which the laterally unbalanced load is applied. Bending stress applied to the joint part 8 (9) between the tread 6 (7) and the girder member 10 (11) is also dispersed and supported in the same way by each joint part 8 (9) between the girder member 10 (11) and each tread 6 (7) to suppress the stress concentration on the joint part 8 (9) between the girder member 10 (11) and the treads 6 (7) to which the laterally unbalanced load is applied.
